Manchester, i stand with you.

My words can not heal. My voice may not be heard. But i shall write. I shall write to allow the few who may see this to remember the good things about the Manchester Arena, about Manchester.

As i watch the footage appear again and again i can pinpoint the seats in which i have sat. The exact area where i stood with my sister as we danced our butts of to the best Concert I’ve ever attended – Olly Murs. Guisborough Forest

17:30 rolled around, the sun still shining bright, and I’d not done much apart from lounge around in my pj’s. I needed to get out.

Helvellyn in the Lake District (age 10) and in my opinion Roseberry Topping is still a challenge. I don’t know how many routes up there are but the one we naturally took following from the car park hits quite fast.

We arrived later than planned. You know how it is, slept in a little ’cause i was up all hours doing uni work, throw a child in the mix and then waiting an hour to get parked and things are delayed. Ah well, what can you do? So 3pm rolls around and we finally get out into York centre.
